Please read these terms carefully before using TrustTola's services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TrustTola's platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Eligibility

To use TrustTola, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or legal age of majority (no identity verification required)
  • Have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
  • Not be prohibited by applicable law from using our services
  • Provide a valid email address
  • Maintain account security (via email verification code)

3. Account Registration

When creating an account, you only need to provide your email address. Your account becomes active immediately after email verification. No identity verification or KYC is required. Third-party login (Google, Apple ID) can be used immediately.

4. Trading Rules

All transactions on TrustTola must comply with the following rules:

  • Users must ensure that the gift cards submitted have legal sources. The platform cannot determine whether the gift card source is legal.
  • Provide accurate gift card information
  • No refunds are provided after successful trading. We charge zero fees for all transactions.
  • A withdrawal password must be set when withdrawing
  • Submitted gift cards are subject to verification. No refunds are provided for gift card verification failures. For disputes, contact customer service for judgment and mediation.

5. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

  • Use the platform for illegal purposes
  • Submit gift cards with uncertain legal source status
  • Engage in fraud or deception
  • Attempt to manipulate prices or conduct market manipulation
  • Use automated systems or bots without authorization
  • Deceive, threaten, or harm other users

6. Fees and Payments

TrustTola does not charge any service fees. Gift card prices are determined by market conditions. The platform is completely free to use.

7. Verification and KYC

KYC or identity verification is not required. The platform detects fraud activities based on IP and device characteristics. Bank account information is required when withdrawing.

8. Dispute Resolution

When encountering disputes:

  • You can file a complaint with customer service for assessment and mediation
  • Provide all relevant evidence and documentation
  • Cooperate with our investigation process
  • Accept TrustTola's investigation results as final

9. Limitation of Liability

TrustTola is a marketplace platform and does not assume responsibility for the quality, security, or legality of submitted gift cards. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted service access. Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the previous 12 months.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, suspicious activity, or at our discretion. Upon termination, your rights to use the platform are immediately revoked.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of TrustTola are owned by us and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or platform notification. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
